OPPO A98 5G has appeared on some certifications and currently, as per appuals.com, all of its technical details have been revealed. OPPO A98 5G has already appeared on TENAA’s website, new leaks indicate that there could be huge difference between OPPO A98’s global and Chinese variants.

OPPO A98 5G is a budget-friendly smartphone that will be available in Europe and Asia with the model number of CPH2529. The phone will not feature a newly released processor rather it will be powered by a processor from 2 years ago, Snapdragon 695. However, it comes with a 5000 mAh battery that enables 67W fast charging.
The phone has a 6.7-inch LCD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and a screen resolution of 2400 x 1080 (equivalent to 391 pixels per inch). There is a triple camera setup at the back of phone. The phone will feature a 64MP main camera with an aperture of f/1.8, a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture of ƒ/2.4, and a 2MP macro lens with an aperture of ƒ/3.3. There is a 32MP selfie shooter with an aperture of ƒ/2.4 on the front. None of the cameras equip OIS. The phone has dual SIM card slot and a microSD card slot.
Previously released pictures on TENAA revealed that OPPO A98 5G has a curved screen, but a recent report from Appuals suggests that the phone will actually have a flat LCD display. This could actually mean that there might be minor differences between the global and Chinese variants of the device.
