Initial leaked render images reveal the design of OnePlus V Fold

Newly released render images of the highly anticipated OnePlus V Fold provide a glimpse into the design of the upcoming OnePlus foldable phone. Upcoming OnePlus foldables were discovered through a trademark application that OnePlus had registered the brandings for both OnePlus V Fold and V Flip.

A couple weeks ago, the initial rumors suggested that OnePlus V Fold would essentially be a rebranded version of OPPO Find N2. However, the recently shared render images unveil a phone that is distinctively different from OPPO’s foldable phone. These images showcase OnePlus V Fold featuring a leather back cover and an unique camera setup.

OnePlus V Fold

OnePlus V Fold boasts a triple camera setup, with a wide angle main camera, an ultra-wide-angle camera, and a periscope telephoto camera. We know the phone has not yet been officially introduced we believe that OnePlus V Fold will house a powerful camera system. The rear LED flash is positioned at the top left corner of the device.

Smartprix suggests that the render images provided offer a close approximation of the final product. The images reveal the existence of two selfie cameras on OnePlus V Fold. One selfie camera is located at the middle of the outer display, while the other is positioned at the upper left corner of the inner display.

Given OnePlus V Fold’s slim design, the device will offer a relatively small battery capacity compared to other foldable devices. OnePlus V Fold is expected to be equipped with a 4800 mAh battery and support 100W SUPERVOOC fast charging. The main camera in the rear setup will utilize Sony IMX 890 image sensor, the same sensor found in OnePlus 11. Considering that OnePlus 11 does not come with a periscope telephoto camera, we can say that OnePlus V Fold will have the most powerful camera setup among all OnePlus devices.
