Xiaomi releases July 14th HyperOS bug report with fix updates

Xiaomi has released its latest weekly HyperOS bug report, providing transparent updates on current issues impacting users across several device models. The company continues to demonstrate a proactive approach to customer satisfaction by openly sharing the status of ongoing fixes and development efforts.

Key concerns presently under investigation include:

• NFC payment malfunctions on Xiaomi 15 devices, affecting contactless payment reliability.
• Battery health status inaccuracies reported by some Xiaomi 14T Pro users.
• Gesture control failures, specifically swipe-up issues, on Redmi Note 13 series and POCO M6 Pro models.
• Occasional black screen incidents following recent updates on the Xiaomi 12T.

For users affected by NFC payment disruptions on the Xiaomi 15, Xiaomi has recommended the following interim solution: Navigate to Settings > More connectivity options > NFC, switch the payment default from ‘SIM wallet’ to ‘Google Pay,’ and toggle the NFC setting off and on to restore functionality.

How to report bugs on Xiaomi HyperOS?

Several fixes are already rolling out. For instance, the battery health monitoring issue on the Xiaomi 14T Pro has been resolved in version OS2.0.215.0, which is currently being deployed globally. Additional resolutions are scheduled for upcoming releases, targeting issues such as screen recording audio on the Xiaomi 14T Pro, clock synchronization on the Redmi A5, Notes application stability on the Redmi Note 10S, and safe mode activation on the Xiaomi 12.
