Xiaomi March 2025 security update is now rolling out for 5 devices

Xiaomi is now releasing the highly anticipated March 2025 security patch into a series of devices within its lineup with the REDMI Note 13R 5G taking the lead. The update is part of the HyperOS 2 Mi Pilot version OS2.0.4.0.VNUCNXM and brings with it key security enhancements which protect users against new threats.

Update Availability and Rollout Schedule

March 2025’s patch update is now being rolled out phase-wise and the following devices have now been confirmed to receive the update:

• Xiaomi 15
• Xiaomi 14
• Xiaomi 14 Pro
• Redmi Note 13R 5G
• Redmi Note 12 Pro/Redmi Note 12 Pro+/Redmi Note 12 Explorer
