It’s having a great problem that you were not providing your security updates for all of your devices and choosing a few no. Of devices that were totally new for your updates and old ones remains totally backdated and unknown to the new system updates.

So far I haven’t received the HyperOS update on the POCO M5 S Global version. I see other POCO models receiving it, but nothing for this specific model. When will this happen? Another thing is that I’m having a connectivity problem with this device, and I’ve noticed that other users are complaining about Bluetooth problems. The service is inconsistent, unable to connect or find other available devices. After connecting to a device, it doesn’t open the but settings option, so if you disconnect from one device and try to connect to another, you can’t because it won’t allow it, and Bluetooth closes by itself and asks if we want to report the error logs. But I still haven’t seen anything to fix this problem. I’ve already sent several emails to support with recordings stating the problem but I’ve had no solution. I would like a solution to the problem.

It’s funny and badly that Xiaomi General staff gives no future infos about this very critical Models upgrades information. In January 2024 in official Xiaomi Store i was buying a brand new (announced November 2023, wit Android 13) Redmi 13C Smartphone. The manager tells me all best about this smartphone, and now – no upgrade to future Hyper OS 2.0 🙁 . That’s mean I need to buy a new Smartphone???? RU kidding?? Will I in future used Xiaomi Smartphone,- NO!!! Will I recommend for my friend’s Xiaomi Smartphone, definitely NO !!!
