Xiaomi Android 15 beta 1 ‘second builds’ start arriving on more devices

Xiaomi has rolled the second builds of this Android 15 Beta 1 update of its customized HyperOS to quite a few of its latest models of smartphones and tablets. These two new builds are available for download for both Recovery ROMs and Fastboot ROMs; hence, they can be sideloaded through the update or by full system flash.

The following devices are receiving the Android 15 Beta 1 second builds

China

Global

There are a number of new features and improvements in the Android 15 Beta 1 update, though the complete changelog hasn’t been made public by Xiaomi. Also, expect changes with the improvements in user interfaces, optimizations for performance, and updates of the core of Android system components.

However, because this is beta software, Xiaomi warns that data should be backed up before trying to install. In addition, to flash the Fastboot ROM images, a user will need their device’s bootloader unlocked. Users need to be cautious in view of the risks associated with installing pre-release software.

The first Android 15 Beta 1 builds for these gadgets have been thrown into the wild since the start of the month. The second set should similarly bring bug fixes and general stability improvements based on feedback from the first beta release.

Xiaomi has kept a tight lid on the rollout of Android 15’s final stable version, but it will continue to iterate beta releases most likely throughout the upcoming months before any public launch. Users interested to try out the new software could download the links and access flashing instructions from the company’s website and other online forums.

POCO M4 PRO: onde estão as atualizações? Me parece que esta linha de smartphone POCO é relegada aos últimos planos da Xiaomin. Vocês perderam um cliente, nunca mais compro um smartphone de vocês.

Every update for the POCO line, why aren’t they releasing this new update for us?

I have a POCO X3 GT with 8GB-RAM and 256GB-INTERNAL, but I haven’t received this update. Why build such a robust device and not offer an update? I believe that this device supports updates, as do others in the POCO range.
I hope they go back and provide us with this latest update, because I’m already thinking about the option to stop buying POCO devices. And also stop recommending this POCO line to [ family, friends, acquaintances and others ]. Please… review this situation, and do what is right and good for everyone.

I hope to be heard, in a world that is so technological and at the same time void of human empathy…
