POCO X6 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro start global HyperOS 3 testing

The global rollout of HyperOS 3 is on track, and now, two popular mid-range models, namely POCO X6 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G, have entered the first stage of internal testing. So, both the devices have just received the first OS3.0.0.1.WNRMIXM firmware, officially starting the stable test cycle. As soon as it hits OS3.0.1.0, the software becomes public-ready. Previous updates on HyperOS 3 devices and POCO update history can be found via our internal links below.

HyperOS 3 Global Test Build Reaches POCO X6 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G

The global test initiated with OS3.0.0.1.WNRMIXM by Xiaomi’s software engineering teams represents the first stable internal test version. This build provides compatibility with global system components, regional network protocols, and Xiaomi cloud services, all of which serve as a foundation for the public version. The arrival of this release simply confirms that both models have now been officially enrolled in Xiaomi’s next wave of updates.

What Does HyperOS 3 Bring to These Devices?

HyperOS 3 brings a number of system-wide enhancements that aim at a more fluid and intelligent user experience. The update offers great improvements in AI-driven features, redesigned icons, refined transitions, and added iOS-style interface structure. Among the main capabilities comes Super Island, which is a dynamic interactive area above the status bar that changes depending on notifications, alerts, or app behavior for easier multitasking.

These enhancements establish a more contemporary and efficient workflow, particularly for those users who jump between communication tools, productivity applications, and multimedia tasks.

Expansion of HyperOS 3 across Xiaomi’s ecosystem

The rollout of HyperOS 3 has been accelerating across Xiaomi and POCO ecosystems. The update had already reached flagship and upper-midrange devices before getting to the POCO X6 5G and Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G – namely the Xiaomi 15, Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi 15T, Xiaomi 15T Pro, POCO F7 Ultra, Redmi Note 14 Pro+, POCO X7 Pro, and Redmi A3.

This larger rollout pattern speaks to Xiaomi’s structured update philosophy, ensuring cross-device optimization and system stability before a bigger expansion into mid-range and entry-level categories.

When is the public version of HyperOS 3 arriving?

Public release is, of course, dependent on internal test performance. Once firmware moves from 3.0.0.1 to 3.0.1.0, it will be accepted as a release candidate. In the past, this process has often taken several weeks, depending on device-specific fine-tuning, final stability checks and feedback from internal testers. Both devices now stand firmly in the early stages of the global release pipeline.

How Users Can Prepare for the Upcoming Update
