Designed to combine power, grace, and cutting-edge technology, the YU7 enters the mid-to-large SUV segment with an 800V high-voltage platform and a range of up to 835km (519 miles) on the CLTC cycle.
Though pricing is still unconfirmed, Xiaomi CEO Lei Jun dismissed rumors of a ¥199,000 (~$27,500) starting price as “impossible,” suggesting a premium position relative to rivals like the Tesla Model Y and NIO ES6.
The YU7 follows Xiaomi’s EV debut with the Xiaomi SU7 and integrates deeply with Xiaomi’s connected ecosystem through HyperConnect.
