Xiaomi Auto has continued to improve upon the driving experience with the latest Over-The-Air update for its much-anticipated SU7 model. The Auto OTA 1.2.3, pushed in batches from July 23, brings substantive upgrades across three key dimensions: intelligent driving functions, the Xiaomi Surge Smart Cockpit, and the integration of a full ecosystem connecting people, cars, and homes.

This update provides that the areas’ experience with respect to speed is much more optimized before exiting, hence making transitions smoother and more natural. Drivers may feel a much more comfortable ride than usual, mostly in urban settings where maneuvering is often tricky.
Traffic Light Response

Optimized sensitivity of Sentinel Mode in medium and high-risk scenarios increases the vehicle’s capability to precisely recognize threats.
Intelligent Voice
The addition of the “Search for songs at will” function gives this system a better intuition about music in correspondence with the scene and mood. The feature becomes very favorable in setting up the mood by playing proper songs, especially when one is feeling a little down as a driver.
In-Car Experience
The update introduces master mode permission management, including security tips and an activation test one must pass. It is available from Xiaomi SU7 Max. Improvement in the quality of the turn signal sound for a better auditory signal.
App Store Optimisation
In this category, new apps have been added to the in-car store, including “Huxiu” and “Fanshu,” along with new games such as “War Soul Mingren,” playable in specific gears.
