Xiaomi launches next-generation home security device: the Smart Camera 4, now up for pre-order in China. Sporting an advanced 8MP sensor that captures beautiful 4K images, the Smart Camera 4 is being advertised as “an ultra-clear and smarter home security partner.” Priced at 249 yuan (~$34 USD), this camera is shipped with a free 64GB memory card with its initial sale. Based on the official Xiaomi Smart Ecosystem Weibo page, this product will hit stores officially at 10:00 AM on April 18.
