Xiaomi new auto factory tours now started

Xiaomi’s car factory first opened its doors for visitors four months ago and offered a rare peek into the production process of the brand’s intelligent cars. With demand accelerating, Xiaomi authorities now announced a complete revamp of the visit experience for the factory with completion expected by the end of March. Besides improving tour infrastructure, Xiaomi will also boost public openings in April with the launch of more than 67 guided tours for visitors. The initiative is part of Xiaomi’s strategy to tap into its bulging fan base and promote its innovations within the automotive space.

Xiaomi Auto Factory Upgrade Highlights

Xiaomi is introducing a series of upgrades to enhance visitors’ engagement and accessibility. The most prominent upgrades are:

Scheduled Public Tours: Xiaomi now offers regular monthly visits with one weekday session and five weekend and holiday sessions.
Xiaomi Canteen Access: Visitors are able to dine at the Xiaomi Canteen and purchase unique cultural and creative products.
Increased Tour Schedule: There are over 67 scheduled guided tours for April to cater to the increased demand.

March 29 – March 31: 11 sessions
April 1 – April 3: 3 sessions
April 5 – April 6: 10 sessions
April 7 – April 11: 5 sessions
April 12 – April 13: 10 sessions.
April 14 – April 18: 5 sessions
April 19: 5 sessions
April 21 – April 25: 5 sessions
April 26 – April 27: 10 sessions
April 28 – April 30: 3 sessions

Eligibility: Open to anyone; all Xiaomi fans are welcome.
Participation Limitation: The session will be capped at 20 groups with each accepted user bringing a maximum of two visitors.
