Xiaomi MIX Flip and Xiaomi 14T series will get updates until 2029

Xiaomi has just confirmed the maintenance schedule of its two newest devices, the Xiaomi MIX Flip and the Xiaomi 14T series. Ten months is covered by the support timeline: starting from September of the year 2024 to September of 2029. Since both of these handsets sport Android 14 and HyperOS 1.0 out of the box, both of them will get EOL support with Android 18 or Android 19 running HyperOS 6 or HyperOS 7, respectively.

Xiaomi’s new update certificate issued after 2021 seems to have solved the whole update problem. Xiaomi also offered 5 years of update support in the Xiaomi 13T series.
