Xiaomi Mijia Body Fat Scale S400 Pro starts crowdfunding

Xiaomi has launched its Mijia Body Fat Scale S400 Pro on Xiaomi Youpin, starting crowdfunding from 179 yuan. It would later be crowdfunded until 10:00 AM on September 18th**, 2024, to offer users an advanced and smart body fat weighing scale with so many new features.

The S400 Pro features an all-new 3.5-inch TFT color screen that clearly leads users through visual guidance for operating the balance correctly and effectively. It is designed to store up to 160 sets of measurement data that can be synchronized through Bluetooth to the Mijia App. This device even supports quick Bluetooth connection to your phone, thereby allowing users to access data without having to step on the scale to wake it up.

Besides Bluetooth syncing, the scale’s functions can be personalized with the Mijia Application. It allows users to change a variety of settings: trending datascreen brightness, among others, and view key body metrics such as weight, body fat percentage, and muscular mass. This smart scale supports three weigh-ins per day and the battery life can last as long as 150 days.

By utilizing the high and low dual-frequency bio-impedance technology, at 50kHz and 250kHz, respectively, the MiJia body fat scale S400 Pro measures the impedance values of intracellular and extracellular fluids, hence guaranteeing high accuracy. Having correlated with the gold-standard DEXA body fat analysis, this device returns a value of more than 0.93 for the reliable and precise data of body composition.

Every measurement provides a personalized body composition report, outlining 25 dimensions, including BMIbody fat percentagefat mass, and visceral fat level. It supports users of ages 6 to 80 years and can store up to 36 users. The weighing scale is within the range from 0.1 to 150kg, providing widespread application in weighing small things, balance testing, and even weighing babies. It also boasts a 300×300mm ITO-coated toughened glass surface, whereby the measurable area extends beyond the traditional electrode sheets to offer more freedom to users.

The following new product will be very helpful for any person who is orientated toward serious health and fitness tracking.
