Xiaomi is officially entering the South Korean market with a powerful lineup of offerings. According to the latest announcement from Xiaomi Korea, the flagship Xiaomi 15 Ultra, Xiaomi Pad 7, and Xiaomi Watch S4 will be available in South Korea on March 25, 2025. This is a significant milestone as Xiaomi is planning to open its first official direct retail store, “Xiaomi Home”, in Seoul within the first half of the year.
With Japan having opened its first Mi Home store recently, this Korean entry showcases Xiaomi’s growing ambition in East Asia. The brand’s full-scale entry doesn’t just stop at high-end smartphones but also extends to tablets and smart wearables, strengthening Xiaomi’s presence in the premium segment of Korea’s tech landscape.

The brand is using the same playbook it used in Japan, where the first Mi Home opened on March 22. Xiaomi plans to have 5–10 Mi Homes in Japan by 2025, and the same scale of expansion may happen in Korea if demand grows.
What This Means for Xiaomi Fans
With official retail presence and flagship-level product availability, South Korean Xiaomi fans will finally be able to experience Xiaomi’s latest technologies with direct support and localized services. From the 15 Ultra’s Leica-powered camera system to the productivity-capable Pad 7, the expansion brings more options to a market historically dominated by local players.
