Xiaomi has officially opened pre-orders for its latest kitchen innovation, the Mijia IH Rice Cooker 2. This next-generation appliance emphasizes health and durability, featuring a significant upgrade to its internal components. Aimed at health-conscious consumers, the new model introduces a specialized liner designed to eliminate chemical concerns while maintaining the high-performance heating standards the Mijia line is known for.

Technical Specifications: 0% Fluorine and 6-Layer Alloy Construction

The standout feature of the Mijia IH Rice Cooker 2 is its newly upgraded, 0% fluorine-coated inner pot. Unlike traditional non-stick coatings that may raise health concerns at high temperatures, this model utilizes a high-temperature sintering process. This technical approach creates a dense, ceramic-like bond with the pot body, resulting in a smooth, delicate glaze finish that is naturally resistant to oil and stains.

To ensure professional-grade cooking results, the device employs a six-layer alloy thick pot structure. This design facilitates even heat distribution across the entire surface. When paired with the IH (Induction Heating) electromagnetic coil, the inner liner heats up naturally and rapidly, minimizing temperature differentials that often lead to unevenly cooked grains.
