A fresh phone from Xiaomi bearing model number 25067PYE3C has appeared on the Geekbench database, and insiders like Abhishek Yadav confirm this to be the much-awaited Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro. With benchmark scores hinting at stunning performance driven by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, hype is building around this phone. As per recent news, this phone may extend the legacy of the earlier-released Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro and may bring sizeable improvements in both design and performance.
Snapdragon 8s Gen 4: Unleashing a New Powerhouse for Civi Series
The Geekbench listing validates the fact that the Civi 5 Pro has a state-of-the-art Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset. Following are the core configuration specifications:
- 1 processor core at 3.21 GHz
- 3 cores @ 3.01 GHz
- 2 cores @ 2.80 GHz
- 2 cores @ 2.02GHz
- GPU: Adreno 825
These features were responsible for a single-core score of 1983 and a multi-core score of 6874, marking a remarkable increase in performance compared to its prior model, the Civi 4 Pro.

Earlier, the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro had also received China’s 3C certification on March 29 with support for 67W fast charging using the MDY-15-EQ adapter. It codenames as luming. Triple 50MP OVX8000 sensor with telephoto. The certification coupled with today’s benchmark leak further makes it a likelihood that Xiaomi is gearing up to launch the phone next month. According to Xiaomi’s previous release pattern, the phone might come out in China first and then a global version might launch afterwards with a different name.
