Xiaomi AI Toolbox feature is being rolled out on dozens of devices

Xiaomi is greatly increasing access to its advanced Toolbox for AI feature, making more intelligent capabilities available on a much broader lineup of phones. What was originally exclusive to top-of-the-line models such as Xiaomi 15 and 14 series, as well as specific Redmi K70 and K80 phones, will be made available on all phones getting the HyperOS 2 update. This move is indicative of Xiaomi’s push towards making AI features available across its entire lineup of products.

What is AI Toolbox?

AI Toolbox, also referred to as AI Treasure Box, aims to give users an intelligent, comprehensive, convenient, and efficient one-stop solution by leveraging a combination of different AI technologies. It assists users in resolving numerous problems under different application scenarios through a unified platform. Several practical features have already been included by the HyperOS AI Toolbox in the official version:

Reading List: Organizes and manages content for reading later
Screenshot Summary: Summarizes vital details from screenshots with automated extraction
Message Summaries: Breaks down long message threads into bite-sized summaries
Super Summary: The underlying foundation note function that drives most of the summarization features
