Vivo X300s spotted on Geekbench with Dimensity 9500 SoC ahead of launch

Vivo is preparing to unveil its next-generation flagship lineup, and the Vivo X300s has now surfaced on Geekbench ahead of launch. The device is expected to debut alongside the Vivo X300 Ultra later this month, with official teasers already confirming their designs.

Geekbench confirms flagship chipset and performance

The Vivo X300s, listed with model number V2548A, delivers strong benchmark results, reinforcing its flagship positioning. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500, based on CPU and GPU details revealed in the listing.

The device scored 3,310 in single-core and 10,141 in multi-core tests, while the tested unit features 16GB RAM and runs Android 16.

Meanwhile, early reports have already revealed several key features of the Vivo X300s. Han Boxiao has shared many of these details, particularly highlighting the camera hardware. He also emphasized its capabilities, suggesting it will deliver imaging performance on par with the Vivo X300 Ultra.

Big battery and fast charging

One of the standout features of the Vivo X300s is its large 7,100mAh battery, paired with fast charging capabilities. The device is expected to support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, along with an advanced cooling system to maintain stable performance under load.

Display and camera details

The smartphone is rumored to feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. For photography, it will likely include a 50MP front camera and a triple rear setup comprising a 200MP main sensor, 50MP ultra-wide, and 50MP periscope telephoto lens.

Storage, durability and variants

The Vivo X300s will use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for improved speed and efficiency. It is also expected to come with IP68/IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

Configurations will include:

  • 12GB + 256GG
  • 12GB + 512GB
  • 16GB + up to 1TB storage

A green color option has already been confirmed, with more variants expected at launch.
