Vivo is gearing up for a major product event in China on March 30, where the flagship X300 Ultra will take center stage alongside the Vivo X300s. While much of the spotlight has been on the Ultra model, fresh details now give a clearer picture of what to expect from the X300s—and it’s shaping up to be a serious contender in the premium segment.
Recent teasers and leaks, including information from reliable tipster Digital Chat Station, have confirmed the full camera configuration and several core specifications of the device, just days before its official unveiling.
Vivo X300s Triple 200MP camera system and premium design confirmed
The Vivo X300s will feature a circular rear camera module, aligning with the design language of the Ultra variant. Inside that module sits a triple-camera setup headlined by a 200MP primary sensor. This is complemented by a 50MP telephoto lens and a 50MP ultra-wide camera, suggesting a strong focus on versatile, high-resolution photography.
On the front, Vivo is equipping the device with a 50MP selfie camera, completing a powerful imaging package across both sides. While full sensor details and tuning specifics remain under wraps, this marks the first time the complete camera hardware has been outlined.
Beyond cameras, the phone is expected to feature a metal frame, reinforcing its premium build quality and positioning in the upper-tier smartphone category.
Large battery, high refresh display, and flagship performance
The Vivo X300s is confirmed to sport a 6.78-inch flat display with a 1.5K resolution, using BOE’s Q10+ panel. It will support a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals for gaming and everyday use. The screen will also integrate the upgraded 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor 2.0 for faster and more secure unlocking.
Although the chipset hasn’t been officially confirmed, expectations point toward the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC powering the device, which would place it firmly among 2026 flagship performers.
Battery life is another standout feature. The X300s is tipped to pack a massive 7,100mAh battery, supported by 90W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging—figures that could make it one of the most enduring flagship smartphones on the market.
Additional features include an advanced X-axis linear motor, symmetrical dual speakers for immersive audio, IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, and USB 3.2 connectivity.
