Vivo has officially confirmed that the highly anticipated Vivo X300 Ultra will make its global debut at MWC 2026 later this month. After weeks of leaks and speculation, the company has clarified that the device will not just be showcased — it will be fully launched at the event.
The confirmation came from executives at Vivo Communication Technology Co., Ltd, who described the next-generation “V Single-Shot” flagship as a major leap in mobile imaging and professional video creation.
Global Launch Expected
Earlier reports suggested the X300 Ultra might only appear at MWC. However, Vivo has now confirmed a full unveiling, strongly pointing to global availability. While pricing and official market details remain unknown, more information is expected during the launch presentation.
ZEISS Cameras and Professional Imaging Kit
Vivo is continuing its partnership with ZEISS, and the X300 Ultra will arrive with an advanced imaging system built for professional creators. The company has showcased the phone in real-world video production scenarios, highlighting its content creation capabilities.
The device is confirmed to feature Sony’s 200MP LYT-901 primary sensor from Sony, alongside a 200MP HPB periscope telephoto lens. Vivo is also equipping the phone with what it calls the industry’s most powerful ultra-wide lens and a dual 200mm + 400mm teleconverter setup. Additionally, the company plans to offer an imaging kit that includes a teleconverter, fill light, and camera grip accessory.
With this setup, the X300 Ultra could become one of the most powerful camera smartphones of 2026.
Premium Display and Flagship Design
The Vivo X300 Ultra will sport a 6.82-inch BOE flash display with ultra-narrow bezels on all sides. It adopts a right-angled metal frame and retains the large circular camera module design seen on its predecessor. Notably, there is no dedicated camera shutter button.
Vivo also claims the device will maintain its crease-less display appearance even after prolonged use, suggesting improvements in durability and structural design.
Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 Performance
Powering the device will be the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, which is expected to be officially introduced soon by Qualcomm. The new chipset is anticipated to deliver major gains in AI processing, performance efficiency, and computational photography — all key areas for Vivo’s imaging-focused flagship.
Pricing and Availability
Vivo will officially announce the X300 Ultra later this month at MWC 2026. Pricing, storage configurations, battery details, and regional availability are still under wraps. However, with a confirmed global debut, full details should be revealed during the event.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most ambitious Android flagships of the year, especially for photography and video enthusiasts. Stay tuned for complete launch coverage.
