Vivo X300 Ultra is set to launch alongside the Vivo X300s in the coming days, and while Vivo has already teased key specifications and confirmed the launch event, pricing has remained under wraps—until now.
New reports from China suggest that the next wave of ultra-flagship smartphones will come with noticeably higher price tags. This increase is largely driven by the rising cost of essential components such as memory and storage, which continue to impact production expenses across the industry.
The report did not specifically mention the Vivo X300 Ultra and the OPPO Find X9 Ultra, but both are expected to debut soon. According to the leak, these devices could be priced around CNY 500 (~$70) higher than comparable models like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra.
Vivo X300 Ultra pricing expectations
The Xiaomi 17 Ultra currently starts at CNY 6,999 ($1,020) for the 12GB + 512GB variant. Higher configurations include 16GB + 512GB at CNY 7,499 ($1,080) and 16GB + 1TB at around CNY 7,500 (~$1,235).
Based on the rumored price increase, the base model of the Vivo X300 Ultra could start at approximately $1,090. This would position it slightly above its Xiaomi counterpart, reinforcing the trend of rising flagship smartphone prices in 2026.
While this pricing remains speculative for now, official details are expected to be revealed during Vivo’s launch event later this month, where the company will also confirm availability and pricing for the X300 series.
