Vivo is gearing up to expand the availability of its stylish mid-range offering, the Vivo V70 FE, with an official debut in India scheduled for April 2. After launching in select regions, the device is now heading to one of its biggest markets with a refreshed look and the same balanced mix of performance and design.
The company had already started teasing the smartphone in India, hinting at an imminent release. Now, the launch date has been confirmed, and new details suggest that the Indian variant will introduce exclusive color finishes to attract more buyers.
New color options bring a fresh design appeal
One of the standout upgrades for the Indian market is the introduction of new color variants. The Vivo V70 FE will reportedly arrive in a “Monsoon Blue” finish, which features a subtle yet dynamic design that reacts to lighting conditions. Vivo describes this effect as “Darkness Glow,” where faint glowing streaks become visible under certain lighting, giving the device a unique visual identity.
Another color option called “Northern Lights” is also expected to debut alongside it. Aside from these additions, the overall design remains unchanged, retaining the familiar vertical camera island and the signature Aura Light ring flash that enhances portrait photography.
Vivo V70 FE specs: strong battery and camera setup
Under the hood, the Vivo V70 FE continues to focus on delivering solid everyday performance. It features a large 6.83-inch AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a smooth 120Hz refresh rate for an immersive viewing experience. Powering the device is the MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The smartphone will ship with Android 16 layered with OriginOS 6, offering the latest software features out of the box. A massive 7000mAh battery keeps the lights on, supported by 90W fast charging for quick top-ups.
On the camera front, the device boasts a 200MP primary sensor alongside an 8MP ultra-wide lens, while a 32MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. Pricing is expected to start below ₹35,000, positioning the Vivo V70 FE as a competitive option in the premium mid-range segment.
