Mixed feelings

The phone is good but the technical support is terrible. Out of 100% of requests, only 30% were answered (that is, helped). Earlier, when I bought it, the battery lasted and there were features, but now, towards the end of 2025, everything has been cut. They promised HyperOS 3, but now the Xiaomi 12T will not receive this update. So I will never buy a phone from this company again, there are no guarantees that what is promised will be fulfilled.
