Performance of the Poco X6 Pro is really good and smooth in daily use. However, Xiaomi still fails to provide regular software updates. Instead of constantly comparing their phones with Apple’s iPhones, Xiaomi should first fix their own update cycle. Great hardware means nothing if the company can’t deliver consistent software support. Users deserve better than marketing comparisons.

It doesn't update even if you pay. Months without receiving updates, not even security ones. And supposedly it has at least 1 more year of updates left, but it is not noticeable. Next time I will choose another brand.

The security patch is Nov 2025. The update for Hyper OS 3 was scheduled for December 2025. It is March 2026 and still nothing. Very bad experience with this phone.. ☹️

Phone is good in comparison with price. I bought it around one and half years back. I am not kind of heavy gamer let alone I don't play game at all. My device is about 2 years old now and my comments about my device is that, the charging is great with 67 watts, charging speed 20-100 percent in just 45 minutes BUT, i really don't like the battery life of this device. After using it for 1 year and 3 months, i completely noticed that my battery degrades faster. 2 years now and I really want to change my battery. Second, the updates on this device is not great. It updates after 5 months or 7 months and I am still waiting for the HyperOS 3 update. The base model of my device got the update first before my device so, i'm really frustrated. I am hoping that Xiaomi prioritize the pro model in Poco X6

Poco X6 Pro is good phone but overheating is making this phone bad. And late global uptades. Now the month is march and still don't have HyperOS 3. My english is bad, if there have a grammar mistake sorry for this.

Honestly, I am disappointed with Xiaomi, because well, absolutely all lower-priced phones are being updated. I decided not to buy the Note 14 because according to the descriptions the Poco X6 Pro would be better in software and cost-benefit, but even the more cost-benefit ones are already being updated and the Poco X6 Pro is not. It's a big disappointment, very slow to update even though it was supposed to be updated in the second batch and so far nothing.

So ive been using this device for 1.5 year and i can say that its better than redmi's, but worse than mi series. they say its good for gaming but it heats up very quickly in any popular game and its not that smooth at all.. i would prefer a snapdragon device in the future, but its working, so i wont change it in near future, i like the wide customization options, but i hate that "unlock bootloader" process. and for me, battery drains too fast than usual.. maybe 4-6 hours screen time from 100 to 0. this device is very strong btw, i dropped it more than 50 times and i dont even use protector, still in very good condition. i wonder how it will look and feel in hyperos 3.0.. if u find this device for a cheap price, go buy it ??

This smartphone is great, I bought two of the latest version, the X6 Pro, 512/12 GB. The only problem with the device is the lack of updates; simpler phones receive updates every month.

I WANT the release of (120 FPS) in games.. If the DEVICE supports it, I don't want less than the device, (THIS IS A JOKE).. and I won't root because it only brings headaches.. Make an improvised system there YOU WHO are the programmers.. Find a way there.

The device is nice, but it takes an awfully long time to get updates. So, even though the Poco X6 Pro is a very good device and stands out, it gets updates much later than other devices, which is very demoralising and can make you lose interest in the phone somewhat.

In the HyperOS 3 update, Xiaomi's Poco X6 Pro failed in the class despite being a newer model year compared to many devices and being ranked 1st in the app's EXP, the testing phase has not even accelerated yet. Xiaomi only focuses on China and EEA ROMs. I regret the brand and have decided to never use or let anyone around me use any Xiaomi device or product again.

I\'ve had this phone for a year. Finally got the overheating under control. HyperOS doesn\'t update the system apps on time and it\'s always a hassle to download the apks one by one for every update. The camera is not very good, poor quality photos and videos. On the other hand, its great for gaming, great graphics performance, just be mindful of overheating on long gaming sessions. The battery is just awful. Doesn\'t last a full day. The default No headphone jack means that if you want to listen to music or watch a movie on a long trip, you need to use Bluetooth headphones, which drains the battery even faster.

I bought it on July,2025. I was planning to buy Redmi Note 14 Pro+ 5G but suddenly changed my mind to Poco X6 Pro 5G. I preferred performance over camera. So i thought the camera will be a bit lower than what i expected. But it is really great for me, it handles daytime shots greatly with AI , but not so good in night. The video is 4K/30FPS , it would be very well if it could record 4K at 60fps . But it really does its job for a regular person, and since I\'m not a professional photographer, it is alright. It can handle high-end games at 30fps, and 120fps in almost any medium game that supports 120fps. It also gives 120fps in PUBGM if anyone wonders. I can talk more about it but this comment will be so long.

This phone is a good daily driver. Depending on your usage, it could last a day of normal gaming, media consumption, etc. When heavy gaming however, the phone heats up but it is still touchable. I suggest getting a phone cooler if you\'re a heavy gamer. For photography people, it does the job. Photos and video output are neither good nor bad. It\'s decent at best.

This is the good flagship phone base on the price. But, this is \'flagship\' when i play like 30min this phone is hot. but, it literally good for gaming... Charging is 67W super charge, 20-90 like only 30min.. the memory is also big!! 12/512GB.
