In doing so, they broaden their range of computer speakers with this even more complete offering. The package comes with a newly designed main speaker as well as “a dedicated wireless subwoofer,” which promises improved mids and even better bass. This particular offering is part of Xiaomi’s overall plan to bolster its smart ecosystem.
REDMI Computer Speaker 2 Pro Introduction
The package of the RedMi computer speaker 2 pro has been designed keeping in mind the usage of the desktop and the directions of the audio. The main speakers come with a 53-degree angle upwards when placed on the desktop, which helps audio directly hit the ears of the listener.
Speaker System The speaker system comes in Graphite Black and Metallic Silver variants that have a neutral and professional design perfect for home or office use. Xiaomi has marketed this product as a complete sound solution for computers, tablets, and other supported devices.
Audio Hardware and Bass Performance
The main speaker is equipped with:
- Two 10W racetrack-shaped full-range speakers
- Dual-passive bass drivers for better bass reproduction
The speakers are designed to work in conjunction with other components to produce high-purity vocals as well as stable audio outputs based on volume levels. The speakers come with a wireless subwoofer, designed with a long-stroke bass driver measuring 96mm in collaboration with an optimally tuned acoustic duct design. Xiaomi asserts that this audio setup is capable of producing audio frequencies as low as 60Hz.
It has a subwoofer that connects to the main speaker through a 2.4GHz wireless link and an independent power supply. In addition, the subwoofer has RGB ambient lighting that responds to the music being played.
Connectivity, Controls, and Software

- 3.5mm AUX input
On the master speaker, there’s a control wheel that enables users to control volume as well as sound and lighting effects. The speaker system also has the capacity to work with the dedicated software driver. This enables users to enjoy advanced sound controls. Xiaomi asserts that the speaker system supports DSP multi-effect processing and that the speaker system has acquired the Golden Ear Preferred Certification from the CGEC.
Availability
Currently available in the market through a pre-order in China only option is the REDMI Computer Speaker 2 PRO Bundle. Global data is not yet provided by Xiaomi.
