The tablet segment is heating up as OPPO, vivo, and Xiaomi prepare to launch their new flagships in April. The recent past has also seen all three companies’ new tablet models go through China’s 3C certification, radio approval, and telecommunications equipment access permits. According to blogger @experience more, the new tablets will boast ultra-large batteries of capacities of approximately 12,000mAh. This is a big step toward premium tablet experiences with long-lasting batteries and fast charging. Xiaomi has led the way with its HyperOS ecosystem, with OPPO and vivo also streamlining their own platforms.

A Review of Previous Models
The OPPO Pad 3 Pro, introduced last October, was initially launched with an AI capability that was backed by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, a 3K ultra-clear original color screen, and an incredible 144Hz refresh rate. It also sported eight HiFi-level speakers that supported an immersive media experience. Its launch price started with $460 (3,299 yuan).
Similarly, the vivo Pad 3 Pro, which was introduced in March, included a Dimensity 9300 chip, a 3.1K 144Hz 13-inch screen, and an 11,500mAh battery. It also included communication sharing and remote PC control, making it a more productivity-focused device. The launch price was $420 (2,999 yuan).
Xiaomi’s last October-launched Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro came with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip and an 11.2-inch 3.2K 144Hz IPS LCD display. It came with a maximum of 12GB LPDDR5x RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage, an 8,850mAh battery, and 67W fast charging. The base model was priced at $350 (2,499 yuan) These new tablets will soon arrive in the marketplace, and with them, the competition among premium tablets will rise, giving users more powerful productivity, entertainment, and creative tools.
