Alongside upcoming smartphones like the OPPO Find N6, OPPO Find X9 Ultra, and OPPO Find X9s, the company is also reportedly working on a new tablet. According to recent leaks from China, the device—currently referred to as the OPPO Pad Mini—has had its RAM, storage, and color options revealed.
The leak provides an early look at what users can expect from OPPO’s upcoming tablet, which is expected to target the competitive gaming tablet segment in China.
OPPO Pad Mini memory configurations and colors
A new report from well-known tipster Digital Chat Station reveals that the OPPO Pad Mini will be available in multiple memory configurations. The tablet is said to launch with four RAM and storage variants: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 512GB.
In addition to these storage options, the device will reportedly be offered in three color variants: Moonlight Purple, Dawn Gold, and Mocha Brown. These finishes suggest OPPO may position the tablet as both a performance device and a premium lifestyle product.
Expected charging and early hardware details
While the latest leak primarily focuses on memory and color options, earlier information from the same source hints at some additional features. The upcoming OPPO tablet is expected to support 67W fast charging, which could allow for quick top-ups and reduced charging times.

Possible OnePlus variant in development
The device is believed to carry the model number OPD2511. Interestingly, reports also suggest that OPPO may release a OnePlus-branded version of the tablet for global markets.
The OnePlus variant could reportedly use model number OPD2513, although its final branding and availability outside China are yet to be confirmed.
Name still not finalized
Despite the name circulating in leaks, OPPO has not officially confirmed “OPPO Pad Mini” as the final product name. The current naming is considered tentative, meaning the company could introduce the device under a different branding when it launches.
