Adimorah JudeOPPO has quietly introduced a new memory option for the OPPO K14x 5G in India. The smartphone is now available in a 4GB RAM + 64GB storage configuration, giving buyers a more affordable entry point to the device.
The newly added variant effectively replaces the earlier base model that came with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. With this change, the OPPO K14x 5G is now available in three memory configurations for consumers in India.
Price and Availability
The new 4GB + 64GB model of the OPPO K14x 5G is priced at ₹12,999 in India. The device is currently available through OPPO’s official website as well as the popular e-commerce platform Flipkart.
Buyers can further reduce the price by taking advantage of an instant bank discount of ₹750, which brings the effective cost down. OPPO is also offering a three-month no-cost EMI option for customers purchasing the new variant, making it easier for buyers to spread the payment.
Same Colors and Design
While OPPO has introduced a new memory configuration, the smartphone retains the same design and color options as the existing variants. Buyers can choose between the Icy Blue and Prism Violet finishes.
Apart from the storage and RAM change, the rest of the hardware specifications remain identical.
OPPO K14x 5G Specifications
The OPPO K14x 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, which is built on a 6nm process. Graphics performance is handled by the ARM Mali-G57 MC2 GPU, clocked at 1072MHz.
On the front, the smartphone features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1604 × 720 pixels. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and can reach up to 1125 nits of peak brightness, providing smoother visuals and improved visibility outdoors.
For photography, the device includes a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor and a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, users get a 5MP selfie camera.
Software and Additional Features
Out of the box, the OPPO K14x 5G runs on Android 16 with ColorOS on top. The company is expected to provide an update to Android 17 with a newer version of ColorOS later this year or early next year.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for quick unlocking and IP64 dust and splash resistance, which adds extra durability for everyday use.
With the new 4GB + 64GB option, OPPO is giving buyers a more affordable way to access the OPPO K14x 5G while maintaining the same core specifications and features.
