OPPO is preparing to officially unveil the OPPO Find X9 Ultra, its upcoming camera-focused flagship smartphone. The device is expected to debut first in China before arriving in global markets.
Ahead of the launch, several leaks have already revealed key specifications, but the latest report focuses on the phone’s memory configurations and color options, giving a clearer picture of what to expect.
Multiple RAM and storage options expected
The new information comes from well-known Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station. According to the leak, a Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered flagship from a major manufacturer — widely believed to be the OPPO Find X9 Ultra — will launch with several RAM and storage configurations.
The device is rumored to be available in the following variants:
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage
- 12GB RAM + 512GB storage
- 16GB RAM + 512GB storage
- 16GB RAM + 1TB storage
The top-tier 16GB + 1TB model is expected to come with a special co-branded Master Edition bundle, which may include a super teleconverter accessory designed to enhance the phone’s long-range photography capabilities.
Color variants for China and global markets
The leak also suggests the OPPO Find X9 Ultra will launch in three color options in China: Black, White, Cyan.
However, reports indicate that the global market may receive different finishes, with Brown (Tundra Umber) and Orange (Canyon Orange) expected to be the primary color options internationally.
Camera-focused flagship with dual periscope zoom
Earlier leaks revealed that the OPPO Find X9 Ultra could feature an advanced dual periscope telephoto camera system. The setup is rumored to combine a 200MP sensor and a 50MP telephoto sensor, enabling improved long-range zoom performance.
One of the cameras is said to use a large 1/1.28-inch sensor, and the device may also include a Hasselblad-branded teleconverter lens, further strengthening its camera capabilities.
Large battery and fast charging
The upcoming flagship is also expected to pack a 7050mAh battery with support for 100W SuperVOOC fast charging.
This detail surfaced after a device with model number PMA110 appeared on the certification database of the China Compulsory Certification, commonly referred to as 3C. The listing is widely believed to correspond to the OPPO Find X9 Ultra, confirming its fast-charging capability ahead of launch.
Launch expected soon
Although OPPO has not yet announced an official launch date, the increasing number of leaks suggests the Find X9 Ultra could be unveiled soon in China, with a global rollout likely to follow afterward. The smartphone is expected to compete with other camera-centric flagship devices launching in 2026.
