OPPO unveiled its latest offerings, OPPO Watch 4 Pro and OPPO Find N3 Flip. Both devices boast a chic design, with OPPO Find N3 Flip being among flip-style foldables by featuring a triple camera setup for the first time, all foldable manufacturers including Samsung have been offering dual cameras, the previous Flip 2 featured dual camera as well. We don’t say it will have the best camera setup out there but this is first time we’re getting a flip foldable with triple cameras, those include telephoto, ultrawide and main cameras. Let’s check out the OPPO Watch 4 Pro first.
OPPO Watch 4 Pro
OPPO Watch 4 Pro comes with OPPO’s unique design enhanced by an integrated stainless steel frame and ceramic cover. The watch is available in Polar Night Black (flower rubber strap) and Dawn Brown (leather strap).
OPPO Watch 4 Pro features a 1.91-inch LTPO display with a resolution of 378×496 and capable of dropping all the way down to a minimum 1Hz refresh rate. It has a pixel density of 326ppi, reaches the peak brightness of 1000 nits. The watch offers always on display functionality.
OPPO Watch 4 Pro features Snapdragon W5 Gen 1 and Hengxuan 2700 chips and it features 570 mAh battery with 5 days of battery life when it’s used without battery saving and 14 days of battery life in light mode. 10 minutes of charge gives enough power to last 24 hours and a full charge takes around 65 minutes.
The watch has 2 GB RAM and 32 GB storage. The watch also features e-SIM support. The black color of OPPO Watch 4 Pro is priced at 2299 CNY (315 USD) and the brown priced at 2499 CNY (342 USD) in China. This should be due to different materials of each strap.
OPPO Find N3 Flip
What we have in addition to the smartwatch is the brand new flip foldable by OPPO, this new foldable will hit the global market as well. OPPO Find N3 Flip has been unveiled in China, marking the first instance of a flip-style foldable phone worldwide with a triple camera configuration. The device is available in three different color options.
Both the Find N2 Flip and the newly introduced Find N3 Flip share the same 3.26-inch cover screen. The N2 Flip incorporates a dual camera setup, whereas the N3 Flip offers a triple camera setup now.
These cameras comprise a 50 MP primary camera with a sensor size of 1/1.56 inches, a 2x telephoto camera, and a 12 MP ultrawide camera. It’s worth highlighting that all cameras have been upgraded, as the ultrawide angle camera on the N2 Flip featured 8 MP resolution.
OPPO Find N3 Flip is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 9200 chipset, which is notably robust and holds its ground against the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipsets. The Dimensity 9200 chipset is combined with UFS 4.0 storage and LPDDR5X RAM.
The phone is powered by a quite strong MediaTek chipset and has a 4300 mAh battery and supports 44W fast charging which is the same charging speed and battery capacity as last year’s N2 Flip. The cover display is 3.26-inch while the outer display is 6.8-inch and the outer display has Full HD resolution and 1600 nits peak brightness, the display refresh rate can drop to 1 Hz from 120 Hz.
What’s also new compared to the previous N2 Flip is that the newly unveiled N3 Flip features a 3-step alert slider just like OnePlus smartphones. OPPO Find N3 Flip is priced at 6799 CNY for the 12GB+256GB variant (932 USD) and 7599 CNY for the 12GB+512GB (1041 USD).
