HyperOS March 2025 Weekly Report 2: Xiaomi patches 12 problems

Xiaomi just dropped the latest HyperOS Weekly Report, fixing a slew of bugs and issues that have been troubling users in recent updates. As HyperOS continues to evolve, Xiaomi’s testing team and die-hard fans play a critical role in identifying and reporting problems to ensure the user experience is flawless. The company has now issued a detailed report on the most common issues and their status, including solutions already in place and fixes to be included in future updates. Current Issues and Solutions

Gallery App Crashes or No Response

Devices Affected: All Xiaomi Devices
Vulnerable Version: 3.7.2.12 – Global
Status: Fixed – Users are recommended to update to Gallery App Version 3.7.2.13 – Global to resolve this issue.

Game Booster Not Working

Devices Affected: All Xiaomi Devices
Status: Fixed – Users should no longer experience any issues after applying the latest updates.

Always-on Display Incorrect Information

Affected Devices: POCO F6
Affected Version: OS2.0.2.0.VPNINXM
Status: Fix Coming Soon – Xiaomi has recognized that this issue will be addressed in an upcoming OTA update.

2.6x Telephoto Lens Not Working in Pro Mode

Affected Devices: Xiaomi 14T Pro
Versions Affected: OS2.0.101.0.VNNMIXM (Discontinued), OS2.0.101.0.VNNTWXM (Discontinued), OS2.0.101.0.VNNMIDC (Beta)
Status: Fix Coming Soon – Xiaomi is working on an update to fix this issue, which will be included in the next OTA update.
