OPPO has officially begun teasing the highly anticipated Find X9 Ultra, confirming that the flagship smartphone will launch in April 2026. While the company has not disclosed the exact launch date yet, early teasers and executive confirmation have already revealed several key details about the upcoming device.

One standout detail from the teaser is the introduction of a dedicated camera button. The button, highlighted in orange and positioned on the right frame, suggests OPPO is doubling down on photography-focused features—potentially offering a more DSLR-like shooting experience.

Camera upgrades and flagship hardware revealed ahead of OPPO Find X9 Ultra launch

OPPO is clearly pushing boundaries with camera hardware on the Find X9 Ultra. The device is expected to feature a 200MP primary sensor, paired with another 200MP periscope telephoto lens. In addition, the Ultra model will include a second 50MP periscope telephoto camera with up to 10x optical zoom, along with a 50MP ultra-wide lens.

The Find X9s Pro, on the other hand, will adopt a slightly toned-down approach with a square camera module, featuring a 200MP main sensor and a 50MP telephoto shooter. The design difference is also evident, as the Ultra model sports a circular camera island, reinforcing its premium positioning.

On the front, the Find X9 Ultra is expected to feature a large 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, ensuring smooth visuals and responsiveness. Powering the device will likely be the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a massive 7050mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging.

OPPO has already opened pre-reservations for both models via its official online store in China, with teaser images offering an early look at the design and camera layout.
