OPPO has quietly unveiled the OPPO K14 5G in India, expanding its mid-range portfolio with a device that prioritizes battery life and everyday performance. The smartphone will officially go on sale starting March 20, coinciding with the global availability of the flagship OPPO Find N6.
While it doesn’t aim to compete in the premium segment, the OPPO K14 5G stands out with a massive battery and practical features designed for long-term usage.
Large Display with Smooth Refresh Rate
The OPPO K14 5G features a 6.75-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1604 × 720 pixels. It supports a 120Hz refresh rate, ensuring smoother scrolling and improved responsiveness during everyday tasks. The panel also delivers up to 1,125 nits of peak brightness, making it usable even under bright outdoor conditions.
Dimensity 6300 Powers Daily Performance
At its core, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, targeting efficient performance for typical smartphone use. It is paired with up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
OPPO also includes support for virtual RAM expansion up to 8GB, alongside microSD card support of up to 1TB. To maintain stable performance, the phone is equipped with a 3900mm² vapor chamber cooling system.
Camera Setup Focused on Basics
For photography, the OPPO K14 5G comes with a 50MP primary sensor featuring an f/1.8 aperture, supported by a 2MP secondary sensor. The camera setup is capable of recording 1080p videos at 30fps, catering to standard imaging needs rather than advanced photography.
7000mAh Battery Steals the Spotlight
The biggest highlight of the OPPO K14 5G is its massive 7000mAh battery, which is among the largest in its segment. This should comfortably deliver multi-day usage on a single charge for moderate users.
The device supports 46W SuperVOOC fast charging for quicker top-ups. While wireless charging is absent, OPPO includes reverse charging support, allowing the phone to power other devices when needed.
Software, Build, and Connectivity Features
Out of the box, the device runs on Android 16 with OPPO’s custom ColorOS 16 skin on top.
Additional features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 5G SA/NSA support, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.4, and GPS with GLONASS. Notably, the phone carries an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, adding durability to its list of strengths.
Despite the large battery, the device measures 166.61 × 78.51 × 8.61mm, maintaining a relatively manageable profile.

The OPPO K14 5G is available in Prism White, Prism Violet, and Icy Blue color options. Pricing is set as follows:

- 8GB + 256GB: ₹21,999
The smartphone will go on sale from March 20 at 12 PM via Flipkart, OPPO’s official online store, and offline retail outlets.
