Premium Titanium Design with Rugged Appeal

OPPO has upgraded the Watch X3 with a TC4 titanium alloy chassis, a material commonly used in aerospace and medical applications due to its strength and corrosion resistance. This makes the smartwatch more durable while also reducing weight.

The device is now 16% lighter and 6.4% thinner than its predecessor, weighing just 43g with an 11.0mm thickness. It also features a redesigned strap with a unique “bamboo joint” structure, combining metal connectors with fluororubber for improved flexibility and comfort.

On the front, the watch is protected by sapphire glass with a Mohs hardness rating of 8+, offering excellent scratch resistance. It sports a 1.5-inch LTPO OLED display with a 466 x 466 resolution and up to 300 nits of peak brightness.

Advanced Health Features Including Blood Pressure and Glucose Monitoring

A major highlight of the OPPO Watch X3 is its comprehensive health tracking system. The smartwatch introduces real-time blood glucose monitoring and blood pressure tracking, helping users assess their risk of hypertension.

In addition, it includes ECG functionality, vascular health analysis, continuous heart rate monitoring, SpO2 tracking, and wrist temperature measurement. Sleep tracking has also been enhanced with detailed analysis and sleep apnea detection.

These features position the Watch X3 as one of OPPO’s most health-focused wearables to date.

Fitness Tracking and Precision Navigation

For fitness enthusiasts, the OPPO Watch X3 supports over 100 sports modes and provides detailed performance metrics such as VO2 Max, lactate threshold, recovery time, aerobic training effect, and heart rate recovery.

An AI-powered coaching system helps guide workouts, while dual-band GPS (L1+L5) and support for BeiDou, Galileo, and GLONASS ensure accurate positioning during outdoor activities.

Battery Life and Charging Improvements

The smartwatch is powered by a 646mAh battery that delivers up to 3 days of heavy usage, 5 days under normal conditions, and up to 16 days in power-saving mode.

Charging is also efficient, with support for 7.5W fast charging. OPPO claims a full charge takes about 75 minutes, while a quick 10-minute charge can provide up to 24 hours of usage.

The OPPO Watch X3 supports 4G eSIM connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth 5.2. It also includes NFC for contactless payments, access cards, and public transportation.

In terms of durability, the smartwatch comes with 5ATM water resistance, along with IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it can withstand dust, water immersion, and even high-pressure water jets.

Price and Availability

The OPPO Watch X3 is currently available for pre-order in China. It comes in three color options: Global Star Orange, Gravity Black, and Infinite Titanium.

Pricing starts at CNY 2,600 for the Gravity Black variant, while the other models start at CNY 2,380. An early bird discount reduces the price by around CNY 500 for a limited time.
