According to reports from users on Vivo’s official forums, the new firmware has started reaching devices enrolled in the OriginOS trial program. As usual with early releases, the update is currently limited to a small group of testers before a wider public rollout begins.
Firmware version and download size
The new update arrives with firmware version PD2323JF_EX_A_16.2.6.7.W30 and carries a download size of around 4.50GB. Because of the large file size, users are advised to install the update over a stable Wi-Fi connection.
Before installing, make sure your phone has at least 50% battery and that important files are backed up to prevent potential data loss during the installation process.
New features and interface improvements
The Android 16-based OriginOS 6 update introduces several visual and functional improvements to the Vivo V30. Users will notice refreshed system designs, redesigned icons, and improvements to overall system usability.
One of the most notable additions is Origin Island, a new feature designed to display real-time updates from supported apps without requiring users to open them. It also enables more efficient multitasking.
