Adimorah JudeOPPO is gearing up for a major launch event where several new products are expected to debut. Among them is the upcoming OPPO Find X9s, which is rumored to arrive alongside the flagship OPPO Find X9 Ultra.
While the company has only officially confirmed the Ultra model so far, multiple leaks continue to reveal details about the Find X9s. The latest report now sheds light on the device’s memory configurations and color options.
OPPO Find X9s RAM and storage options
According to well-known tipster Digital Chat Station, the OPPO Find X9s will be available in several memory variants.
The smartphone is expected to arrive with 12GB or 16GB of RAM, paired with storage options reaching up to 1TB. The reported configurations include:
- 12GB RAM + 256GB storage
- 12GB RAM + 512GB storage
- 16GB RAM + 512GB storage
- 16GB RAM + 1TB storage
These options suggest OPPO is positioning the device as a premium compact flagship capable of handling intensive tasks and heavy storage needs.
Color options revealed
The same leak also highlights the color finishes planned for the Find X9s. According to the report, the phone will be offered in four color variants:
- Titanium
- White
- Cyan
- Orange
These finishes indicate OPPO may offer both classic and vibrant design choices for users.
Expected specifications of the OPPO Find X9s
Previous leaks have already revealed several key specifications of the upcoming device. The OPPO Find X9s is tipped to feature a 6.32-inch OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate, which should deliver smooth scrolling and sharp visuals.
Powering the smartphone will likely be the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, a next-generation flagship chipset expected to deliver strong performance and improved power efficiency.
The device is also rumored to pack a 7000mAh battery, which would be unusually large for a flagship phone. It is expected to support 80W wired fast charging as well as 50W wireless charging.
Camera system could focus heavily on photography
Camera performance could be one of the biggest highlights of the Find X9s. The smartphone is rumored to feature an advanced multi-camera system that includes:
- 200MP main sensor
- 200MP periscope telephoto camera
- 50MP ultra-wide sensor
- 3.2MP multispectral sensor designed to improve color accuracy
For selfies and video calls, the device is expected to include a 32MP front-facing camera.

Current reports suggest the OPPO Find X9s and OPPO Find X9 Ultra could be officially announced next month in China. However, it remains unclear whether the Find X9s will launch globally, while the Ultra model has already been confirmed to receive an international release.
