Adimorah JudeOPPO is expected to expand its flagship lineup with two new devices in the Find X9 series. The company is rumored to be preparing a launch event for the Find X9 Ultra and the Find X9s, both of which have been appearing in leaks in recent weeks.
While OPPO Find X9 Ultra has already been teased by OPPO as “coming soon,” the company has not officially acknowledged the existence of the OPPO Find X9s. Despite that, new information suggests the two phones could debut together when the launch event takes place in the coming weeks.
Now, a fresh leak has surfaced revealing what appears to be the full specifications of the Find X9s.
Tipster reveals key hardware details
The latest information comes from well-known Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station, who shared several key specifications of the upcoming device.
According to the leak, the OPPO Find X9s will feature a 6.32-inch flat display supplied by Tianma. The panel reportedly offers 1.5K resolution and uses LTPS technology, while LIPO packaging is expected to keep the bezels extremely thin.
Powering the device could be the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, positioning the phone among the high-end flagship models expected this year. The device is also rumored to ship with Android 16 running the latest ColorOS 16 interface straight out of the box.
Camera system could feature dual 200MP sensors
One of the most interesting aspects of the leak is the camera configuration. The Find X9s may feature two 200MP sensors, which would be unusual even among flagship smartphones.
The main camera is said to use the Samsung ISOCELL HP5 sensor with a 1/1.56-inch size. The periscope telephoto camera could also use the same 200MP HP5 sensor and offer 3x optical zoom.
Additional cameras rumored for the device include a 50MP ultra-wide lens and a 32MP Danxia color restoration sensor, which is designed to improve color accuracy in photos. On the front, the phone could feature a 32MP selfie camera.
Large battery and fast charging expected
Battery life may be another highlight of the OPPO Find X9s. The leak suggests the phone will feature a battery capacity starting with 7, which aligns with earlier rumors pointing to a 7000mAh battery.
Charging speeds are expected to exceed 80W wired charging, and there is also a strong possibility that the device will support wireless charging.
Durability and additional features
As a flagship device, the OPPO Find X9s is also expected to offer strong durability. The phone reportedly carries both IP68 and IP69 ratings, meaning it should be resistant to dust and water. According to the leak, it could survive being submerged in 1.5 meters of water for up to 30 minutes.
Other features mentioned include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for biometric security and the possibility of an orange magnetic case accessory.
Still a leak for now
Despite the detailed information, it’s important to note that OPPO has not officially confirmed any of these specifications. For now, they remain part of the rumor mill until the company reveals the devices at its upcoming launch event.
