OPPO has confirmed that it will introduce a new wireless charging accessory called the OPPO Magnetic Turbo 2 during its upcoming launch event in China. The accessory will debut alongside the OPPO Find N6 foldable smartphone on March 17.
The Magnetic Turbo 2 is the successor to the previous Magnetic Turbo charger and brings improved wireless charging speeds along with a new design.
50W wireless charging with magnetic design
According to OPPO, the Magnetic Turbo 2 supports up to 50W wireless charging, making it a powerful accessory for compatible smartphones. The charger also features a built-in stand, allowing users to place their phone at a comfortable viewing angle while charging.
Another useful feature is mode switching, which lets users adjust the charging mode depending on their needs. OPPO has also confirmed that the charger will be compatible with Apple devices and other Android smartphones, making it more versatile.
The company has already revealed the design of the accessory, and it is currently available for pre-order in China. However, the official price is expected to be announced during the launch event.
More accessories expected at the launch
The March 17 launch event will not only focus on the Find N6 smartphone and Magnetic Turbo 2 charger. OPPO is also expected to introduce several other accessories.
These include the OPPO Watch X3, which has already been teased by the company. Other accessories expected at the event include an aramid fiber magnetic protective case designed for the Find N6, a 100W mini square bottle SuperVOOC gallium nitride charger, a magnetic energy card, and a 5000mAh power bank.
Availability details still unclear
It is still unclear whether OPPO will bundle some of these accessories with the Find N6 or sell them separately. The latter seems more likely, but the company is expected to clarify this during the official announcement.
With the launch event just around the corner, more details about the OPPO Find N6, Magnetic Turbo 2, and other accessories should be revealed soon.
