Xiaomi adopts seamless connection with iPhone in latest HyperConnect update

Xiaomi rolls out significant feature update to Xiaomi HyperOS 3 and Super XiaoAI companion AI. This update brings much-needed functionalities such as “Circle to Search,” image editing using AI, and a surprise integration with the Apple ecosystem.

However, this experience will vary greatly depending on where one lives. China will get a supercharged version of a native assistant, while a different version will be offered to Global.

In addition, the Xiaomi Wallet now has the capability of automatically tracking expenses using artificial intelligence, and animated photos can maintain their animated form after being edited.

China Prioritization & The Global Reality

Xiaomi gives utmost importance to its Chinese market. The Super XiaoAI is an ecosystem that is designed to work well with the Chinese services.

In Global markets, this is replaced with Google Gemini. Although you’re not getting the “Super XiaoAI” experience, Global Xiaomi HyperOS builds are optimized for Google’s AI infrastructure for similar purposes.
