Monday surprise! Xiaomi rolls out October 2025 update for 23 devices

Xiaomi officially rolled out the October 2025 security patch for 23 models, which include popular devices such as the Xiaomi 12 seriesRedmi Note 14 Pro+POCO F7, and Xiaomi 14T. The deployment started early on Monday and is now live in the EEA region with other worldwide variants rolling out soon. Updates can be checked using the Settings → About phone → System updates option or through HyperOSUpdates.com and our MemeOS Enhancer app from Google Play.

Devices Receiving the October 2025 Security Patch

The update strengthens system security and enhances overall device stability across Xiaomi’s smartphone and tablet lineup. Below is the full list of devices included in this wave:

  • Redmi Series: Redmi Note 12 4G, Redmi Note 13 4G, Redmi Note 13 4G NFC, Redmi 15 4G, Redmi Note 14 Pro+, Redmi Note 14 Pro 4G, Redmi Note 13 Pro, Redmi 12, Redmi 12 5G
  • POCO Series: POCO M7 4G, POCO F6, POCO F7, POCO Pad, POCO X6 5G, POCO X7 Pro, POCO M6 Pro
  • Xiaomi Series: Xiaomi 12, Xiaomi 12 Pro, Xiaomi 13 Ultra, Xiaomi 14T
  • Tablets: Redmi Pad Pro 5G, Redmi Pad SE, Redmi Pad 2

The update is being released primarily for the EEA region, whereas India and Global variants are to receive it in the upcoming weeks.

What’s New in the October 2025 Update

The October 2025 security patch focuses primarily on enhancing the device’s system-level protection, fixing identified vulnerabilities, and improving HyperOS performance stability. Although there are no important visual or functional enhancements, customers will experience smoother improvements in performance and memory management — especially on flagship smartphones like the Xiaomi 13 Ultra and POCO F7.

For devices such as the Redmi Pad Pro 5G and POCO Pad, the update also includes productivity software compatibility improvements as well as connectivity enhancements to Xiaomi HyperConnect devices.


How to Update Your Xiaomi Device

To check manually, go to Settings → About phone → System updates. In case it is still not available for your area, you may also update from HyperOSUpdates.com or download the package via the MemeOS Enhancer app from Google Play.     Yeah what’s up with v3?! The 15 ultra (eea) is still on August patch and v2. Guess they gave up on us..
