OnePlus China President Louis Li officially announced a revolutionary “Game Camera” feature for the OnePlus 13T. The new function lets users make “live screenshots” during gaming – essentially producing moving images versus static screen shots. The ability is available for all games and includes full editing and sharing capability, just as is available with live photos.
Innovative features have long been lacking for mobile gaming, with dynamic moments being limited to video recording or still shots. While powerful, currently available gaming phones do not have anything beyond normal screenshot functionality.
Huge Battery Capacity to Accommodate Long Gaming Periods
Aside from the Game Camera function, Li announced that the OnePlus 13T will be fitted with a battery measuring “6000mAh or above.” This is well above a 5300mAh battery, which is fit within Xiaomi’s recently announced gaming-oriented POCO F7 Ultra.

In spite of its huge battery and gaming features, allegedly leaked videos show that OnePlus’ 13T will be surprisingly compact. While providing superior performance, gaming smartphones by Xiaomi have gravitated toward bigger and heavier bodies to facilitate cooling systems required for constant performance.
