From battery drain to camera function problems, Xiaomi’s development team is once again demonstrating their commitment to quality and user satisfaction with regular bug fixes and system optimizations.
Battery and Unlocking Issues Resolved
The dev team has patched a severe battery drain issue on the Redmi Note 13 5G and POCO X6 Neo 5G. The problem, which was occurring especially when using fingerprint unlocking on phones with OS2.0.2.0.VNQINXM (Beta), has been completely fixed after users reported the issue.
Similarly, Redmi Note 12S users who experience failure to unlock their devices via fingerprint on version OS2.0.2.0.VHZMIXM can expect to see it fixed in the upcoming system update. The development team has acknowledged this as a known issue and is actively working on implementing a permanent fix.
System and Camera Stability Improvements
Xiaomi 12 Pro users will be pleased to know that the force-close and camera unresponsive problems on OS version 2.0.1.0.VLBMIXM have been successfully addressed and fixed, ensuring glitch-free photography experiences going forward.
Ongoing Development for Other Devices
The following issues are being tackled by Xiaomi’s development team:
- Issues with signal stability on Xiaomi 15 phones (OS2.0.106.0.VOCMIXM and OS2.0.104.0.VOCMIXM versions), predominantly reported in Malaysia
- Freezing after casting on Redmi Note 13 Pro and POCO M6 Pro on multiple software versions
- Automatic restart/shutdown and loss of data on Redmi Watch 5 Lite on Watch OS version V5.2.147

This is true finally they will fix it.. I’m already reported on feedback about my phone got freeze after using casting and need to restart to back normal… my phone poco M6 pro
Apparently Xiaomi has neglected to produce and market the Xiaomi Note 11 R. For this model, there is still no Hyperos and they don’t even mention it, despite me having verified that it is a candidate for its update. Xiaomi Corp has completely forgotten one of its children.
