Emir BardakçıXiaomi announced the launch of the “Year of the Snake Spring Festival Watermark”, bringing festive greetings to users through its Leica watermark feature in album editing. The feature will be available for a limited time, running from January 10 to February 14, 2025.
How to Access the Feature
The feature is available only after upgrading the “Xiaomi-Gallery Editor” to its latest version. Update versions differ depending on each device model:
- Xiaomi 13 series, Xiaomi 14 series, Xiaomi Civi 4 Pro, Xiaomi MIX Flip, MIX Fold 3, and MIX Fold 4: Update to version 1.9.5.2
- Xiaomi 15 series: Update to version 1.8.10.15
- Other Xiaomi models: Update to 1.9.0.10
How to Use the Watermark
Once the app is updated, users can access the watermark feature by following these steps:
- Open the Album app.
- Click to choose a Picture.
- Tap Edit, then Create.
- Choose from a variety of festive greetings, such as:
- “May you live as you wish, always.”
- “Happy Year of the Snake!
- “May you have abundance every year, peace and happiness.”
- “Good luck for the country and peace for the nation”.
- “Auspiciousness fills the house, blessings last forever.”
- “All the best for your good future.”
