Xiaomi HyperOS Enhanced Beta 3 finally goes live

It is with great pleasure that Xiaomi announces the rollout of the latest update to HyperOS Enhanced Beta 3 for Xiaomi 14 devices. Another milestone in the roadmap of Xiaomi is to bring state-of-the-art features and optimizations to give users an elevated experience. The fresh build, OS1.1.5.0.VNCCNXM.BETA, is already up for grabs via OTA. It can be conveniently reached through Settings > My Device > System Version.

This newest beta mainly attends to the refinement of the system animations and enhances overall power efficiency, especially in gaming. The highlights of the updates and fixes in HyperOS Enhanced Beta 3 are as follows:

Beta Version Overview

The HyperOS Enhanced Beta adds more fluid, natural-looking animations of the system, besides optimizing power consumption to perform even better during single-frame game processing. Keep in mind this is indeed a different branch from the main Xiaomi HyperOS line, bringing tons of new features and kernel-level improvements. Still, this is a beta, so don’t be surprised to face some instability here and there.

Key Fixes and Optimizations:

System Improvements:

  • Unresponsive Apps: Fixed the issue that caused applications to be unresponsive at random.
  • Notification Errors: Fixed some initialization-related bugs that caused applications not to deliver notifications.

Desktop Fixes:

  • App Click Issues in Folders: Fixed issues where clicking on the app inside a folder did nothing.
  • Search Box Issue: Fixed unresponsive bottom search box click in home screen.
  • Rounded Icons Display: Fixed the bug that large icon rounded corners were not appearing.

Settings Optimizations:

  • Bluetooth Settings: The problem manifesting in the form of the Bluetooth settings page not displaying correctly within the system settings, was fixed.

Beta Version Notes:

This is part of Xiaomi’s HyperOS Enhanced Experience, a branch independent of the mainline HyperOS. Since it introduces significant new technical solutions at the kernel level, it still remains a beta version and may have some instabilities. Therefore, we recommend caution for using it as a daily driver, although feedback and bug reports from beta testers will be crucial in refining the final release.

Eligible Devices

Currently, HyperOS Enhanced Beta is only available on Xiaomi 14, but more devices are expected in the latest release of the system update shortly. With this update, Xiaomi shows that it’s committed to continuous system improvements and an updated experience for all users. Follow more updates.

Why does Xiaomi have a bug that does not work with the fingerprint of the Mi 11 Ultra? It does not fix the problem after updating to HyperOS. It always fixes minor bugs, but it does not fix such a big and important bug. This is a software bug that when we take a fingerprint test, it encounters error 1505 and the calibration stops.

Fix the bug where the control center doesn’t show all toggles. I can’t even edit the current toggles.
