Today, MediaTek formally announced the newest flagship processor of the mobile phone-Dimensity 9400, positioning it as the ultimate 5G smart AI chip. The Dimensity 9400 is designed with next-generation technologies and positioned to set new standards in terms of performance, power efficiency, and AI in leading smartphones.

Performance Specs
The Dimensity 9400 features an ARM v9 architecture with the latest Blackhawk IP, completed on TSMC’s most advanced 3nm process technology. Providing top-class performance, it boasts a 3.626 GHz Cortex-X925 super core, three 3.3 GHz X4 large cores, and four 2.4 GHz A720 cores. Meanwhile, graphics duties fall to the Mali-G925-Immortalis MC12 GPU with promises of strong graphical capability; add 10.7Gbps LPDDR5X memory to the mix, and it actually is the fastest in its class.
During benchmark tests, the Dimensity 9400 exceeds 3 million points in AnTuTu V10, reflecting a massive leap of performance. Also, the multicore peak power consumption has reduced by 40% compared to the predecessor Dimensity 9300. There is also significant enhancement with regard to cache performance, keeping in mind doubling L2 Cache and increasing L3 cache by 50%.
AI Advancements

Meanwhile, MediaTek has inked three major deals with key mobile players in the market: Honor, OPPO, vivo, Xiaomi, and Transsion-all for the rollout of the Dimensity AI Intelligent Integrated Engine Pioneer Plan designed to further progress AI-driven mobile experience.
