Earlier this year, we showed that in some respects the POCO X7 was going to be very similar to the Redmi Note 14 Pro, and now newly discovered information has surfaced confirming its camera setup is truly going to be no different from its Chinese counterpart. While our some previous reports indicated that the global variant of the Redmi Note 14 Pro would have a 200MP main camera, the recent MiCode insights show that the POCO X7 will very much retain the same “cameras” as the Chinese variant in the figure of the Redmi Note 14 Pro.
Setup Camera for POCO X7 and Redmi Note 14 Pro (China)
- Primary Camera: 50MP IMX882 main sensor, with OIS for acceptable low-light photography and providing stable photography.
- Ultra-Wide Camera: 8MP IMX355 ultra-wide sensor
- Macro Camera: 2MP OV02B10 macro sensor
- Front High-angle Camera: 20MP OV20B sensor.
The international version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro will definitely use a 200MP S5KHP3 sensor as the primary camera. The POCO X7 will come with a camera setup similar to the Chinese version of the Redmi Note 14 Pro and will be affordable.
