Today, Xiaomi officially launched the Mijia Graphene Baseboard Electric Heater 2 Humidifier Edition on JD.com. It will go hot at 10:00 for 599 yuan (85 USD). Equipped with both a heater and humidifier, the new heater model combines heating and humidification to raise the efficiency in warmth, adding moisture for a more comfortable indoor environment.
Equipped with Graphene-based technology, the 2200W high-power heater is able to heat up in 5 seconds and increase the room temperature by 5°C in just 10 minutes. Otherwise, its heat dissipation efficiency is improved by 23.7%, and it provides a windless heating mode, making it quiet and effective.
Coming with an integrated humidifier, it is powered by a 2-liter water tank that can humidify the air at a velocity of 200mL per hour. The heater itself has an innovative design allowing for the even spreading of water molecules as it goes about sterilizing the air simultaneously at a high temperature of 200°C with an immense 99.99% sterilization rate.
For added convenience, the Mijia Graphene Baseboard Electric Heater 2 features smart temperature control and integrates with Xiaomi’s ecosystem of Pengpai Zhilian. Users can also control the heater via the Mijia App or through Xiao Ai, an AI assistant from Xiaomi. Other amenities include a digital LED display, 24-hour on/off scheduling, and a sleep mode-all reducing humidification noise to just 32dB.
It is directed at those who require an all-purpose home appliance that, with the help of smart energy-efficient technology, allows for the distribution of heat and moisture.
